As soon we receive the order to produce your product, and following your approval of the design, we begin creating the vulcanization mold.
From the start, it has been very important to make our own tooling/molds.
Our in-house mold production secures a quick turnaround and an optimalcost structure. Our mold machinery includes up to date CNC lathes and mills capable of very close tolerances, within a few millimeters.
